PRODUCT INFORMATION

Both compact and sharp, the Zwilling 5.5" Pro Compact Chef Knife offers a superior performance and space-saving storage. It has three rivets for improved strength while the exposed tang handle is comfortable to hold.

The V-edge has a two-stage process that has a fine symmetrical edge with a knife angle of around 15° per side. The ice-hardened blade offers exceptional durability and has a precision forged construction for improved strength. Additionally, it has a pro touch bolster that promotes the pinch-grip technique.

Dishwasher safe but recommended to wash by hand.
