The Zwilling TWIN Master Butcher Knife is designed to meet professional kitchen requirements. It has an ice-hardened NO STAIN stainless steel blade that offers an exceptional cutting performance. The blade is ideal for large cut meats and separating bones, fat and sinew.
Zwilling's yellow handle is comfortable to grip and is fastened with 3-rivets. It has a full tang and is dishwasher safe (however, it's recommended to be washed by hand).
