Chop, pulse, emulsify and more with the Hamilton Beach Expeditor 4 Liter Culinary Blender. It has a low-profile design and a powerful 3.5 HP motor that sits behind the container. The strong motor powers through a variety of ingredients in the least amount of time.

For the chef's safety, the lid interlock function warns the operator when the jar and lid are not aligned. This ensures the blender won't start until the lid and jar are in place.

Variable speed dial and CHOP function allow blending versatility. For added convenience, the custom program buttons with pre-programmed cycles let the blender do the work. You can update programs easily by inserting a memory card. Plus, the preset timer buttons let the operator move on to other tasks while the blender work on high, pulse, chop or variable.

Stainless steel jar and blades are made to be strong. With moisture resistance to help provide maximum protection. The temperature gauge alerts the operator if the motor overheats to keep them informed.
