These Browne Rectangular Footed Food Pan Grates are wire, nickel-plated grate grids that are perfect for holding above the pan. Elevating food above the pan helps with cooling and can keep fried food away from their dripping grease and oil to prevent the food from getting soggy. Also, the grate helps eliminate the chance of food getting stuck to the bottom of the pan.

These footed grates are also great as cooling racks directly on the counter or work surface.

Oven safe to 400°F.  Handwashing recommended.
