The Browne Thermalloy Tri-Ply Non Stick Fry Pan is made for commercial foodservice. It has 3 layers of metal that are seamlessly bonded together (bottom layer of stainless steel, a mid-layer of aluminum and top layer of stainless steel alloy).

Its durable construction provides superior thermal conductivity. The Excalibur non-stick coating offers simple cleaning without the hassle of having food and residue stick to the surface. This fry pan is well-structured, with a "Stay Cool" handle that is permanently bonded to the base with double rivets. The pan is oven safe up to 500°F, offering versatile cooking.

Has a two-tone exterior and flat bottom for optimal performance. It's best washed with soap and hot water. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heating surfaces.
