It has a 300 lb load capacity and includes swivel casters (two swivel, two fixed and one with a brake) that maneuver around the kitchen efficiently. The dolly is made of strong plastic that's resistant to dents, cracks, rust and corrosion.

The dough box dolly can be wiped down for easy cleaning. It's designed to improve kitchen safety by reducing unnecessary lifting.
