Camwear 1/6 Size Colander Food Pans by Cambro allow you to rinse, drain and store all in one pan. The clear polycarbonate plastic is built for the hustle and bustle of busy foodservice kitchens - it will not crack, bend or dent.
The perforations (1/4") on the bottom of the food pan allow liquids to drain easily into the Camwear food pan below (sold separately). Great for keeping produce at peak quality for longer allowing increased air circulation and the produce doesn't sit in the liquid. A perfect option for storing seafood on ice as melted ice simply drips away. Need a better (and safer) way to defrost and store meats and poultry? Works great for that too, especially when you add a lid (sold separately).
