It keeps a tight grip with the molded-in polyurethane gasket that grips the food pan tightly. The virtually unbreakable Camwear (polycarbonate) is strong and resists stains and odours.

The lid withstands temperatures of -40°F to 210°F and can even be washed in a commercial dishwasher for efficient cleaning. It has a clear design to display inventory.
