Take Cambro's High Heat 1/3 Size Food Pan from prep to cook to serve without needing to transfer between containers. The H-Pan can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 375°F which means it can safely be used for prep, in the fridge or freezer, in ovens, microwaves, chafers and steam tables.
The rounded bottoms and corners reduces product waste and therefore improves yield - also make clean-up easier. This plastic food pan can be safely washed in a high heat commercial dishwasher and the pans will stack without sticking together when not in use.
