The High Heat 1/4 Size Food Pan by Cambro can go between extreme temperatures saving your kitchen valuable time and reducing yield loss. Withstanding a range from -40ºF to 375ºF. That means this versatile plastic food pan can be used from prep, storage in fridges and freezers, reheating in microwaves, cooking in ovens or steamers or for holding in chafers and steam tables. The uniform lip (1/2") ensure a great fit in prep and steam tables and food bars.
The clear amber colour makes it easy to see contents wherever this pan is being used. Cambro High Heat, also called H-Pans, have rounded bottom edges and corners to make it easy to scoop out contents and clean. This pan is safe to wash in a high heat commercial dishwasher.
