A measuring cup that can handle the heat. The Cambro Amber High Heat Measuring Cup can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 375°F and can be used in microwaves and ovens. It has an amber appearance and is translucent.

It's lighter than glass and does not bend or dent. The handle stays cool to touch and provides a comfortable grip while the pour spout offers smooth pouring.

Pair it with the Cambro High Heat Splatter-Proof Cover (sold separately). This cover fits both the 2 qt and 4 qt measuring cup.
