Baste meats and help create golden pastries and baked goods with the Carlisle Galaxy White Pastry Brush. The nylon bristles are tapered with chisel-point trim for excellent surface coverage and have a high fluid retaining capacity to brush on egg washes, butter and sauces more efficiently.
The food basting brush has a plastic handle that is simple to clean and comfortable to grip while the white nylon bristles are epoxy-set to prevent bacteria accumulation and spreading. Enjoy a safe, sanitary and efficient pastry brush that's temperature safe up to 350°F.
Recommended to hand wash only.
