Baste your doughs and meats with a reliable brush. The Carlisle Sparta Meteor 3" Nylon Bristle Basting Brush is made with nylon bristles that offer excellent fluid retention and are epoxy-set to prevent the accumulation and spreading of bacteria, creating a sanitary pastry brush that has an excellent performance. Temperature safe up to 350°F.

The food basting brush features a molded-in hook that protects the brush from heat and attaches itself to containers. This keeps the basting brush off of counters and reduces the chance of the brush falling into sauce containers. For sanitary and space-efficient storage, the pastry brush has a hole at the top of the handle.

Made with nylon bristles and a plastic handle, the brush is comfortable to hold and provides a superior coating performance. Recommended to wash by hand only.
