The Chef'sChoice Model 270 Hybrid Electric/Manual Knife Sharpener combines electric and manual sharpening for 20° class knives. It can be used to sharpen straight edge and serrated knives, offering a functional design. This sharpener features a brushed stainless steel knife guide and has 100% diamond abrasives in stages 1, 2 and 3.

Stage 1 and 2 uses electric sharpening and manual honing while stage 3 creates an extremely sharp, arch-shaped edge for a stronger and more durable knife. It's equipped with CrissCross sharpening technology to create an extremely sharp edge and offer a superior performance.
