The Cooper-Atkins Digital Pocket Thermometer with Alarm is designed for constant use in busy foodservice kitchens. It has a visual alarm (blinking display) to let chefs know when the set temperature has been reached and the initial default alarm temperature is 140°F.

This pocket thermometer has a reduced tip that has a quick 6 second or less response time and has a temperature range of -40°F to 450°F. To preserve the battery, the thermometer has an auto-shutoff after 10 minutes of non-use.

Includes a protective sleeve for safe and sanitary storage. The digital pocket thermometer is used to test dishwasher rinse temperatures to ensure they reach proper temperatures.
