The mandoline slicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel for a strong structure. It features a revolving stand to elevate the slicer and ease slicing in a downward motion. The comfortable handle that offers a secure grip and includes 6 blades for cutting versatility.

This chef mandoline slicer includes 4 julienne blades (2, 4, 7 and 10mm), 1 serrated blade with thickness adjustment (approx 0.75") and 1 removable straight-cut blade. Plus, the included hand guard increases safety.
