Made with professional quality, the Dexter 4.5" Sani-Safe Basics Spreader is ideal for spreading condiments onto sandwiches. The DEXSTEEL blade offers durability, strength and corrosion resistance. It's heat-treated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the grain structure.

The blade is individually honed and ground for superior sharpness. This knife features a Sani-Safe handle that provides an excellent blade-to-handle seal to protect the knife from contaminants. The textured polypropylene handle provides a secure grip while the fingerguard helps avoid accidental slips and cuts.

The handle is made of 100% recycled plastic and it's recommended to wash the knife by hand to preserve the blade. The spreader includes a hole in the handle for simple hanging storage.
