With the Dynamic Commercial EM98 Electronic Salad Spinner you can spin up to 8 heads of lettuce in the 5-gallon basket. Ensuring your greens are cleaned, dried and ready to serve. Despite it's size, this salad spinner has a lightweight design that is simple to clean - HACCP certified, ETL certified and conforms to NSF standards.

Salad spinner is injection molded for a precise component fit, finish, weight and balance. It features a touch switch timer for easy use.
