The Eurodib HBS Series 8" Slicer with Locking System is the ideal machine for low-volume cutting. This professional quality meat slicer is simple to clean and operate. It's made with a stainless steel blade and an anodized aluminum body. Plus, it includes an integrated blade sharpener to easily maintain the blade.

The commercial meat slicer is belt driven with an 8" blade. The robust handle provides a comfortable grip while the waterproof emergency shut-off switch improves safety.
