Fat Daddio's 2 Piece Bread Set is designed to bake evenly and provide the best possible rise and golden brown crust. It's made with 18-gauge anodized aluminum to reflect heat rather than absorb it, resulting in faster heat-up times and quicker pan cool-downs.

These pans will never rust, peel or flake and are temperature-rated up to 550°F. Perfectly bake loaves of bread in this straight-sided pan that has rolled rims for easy handling. If you want to spice things up, include citrus-based ingredients in your bread (this pan is safe for citrus-based foods). The pan is also freezer safe and is recommended to be washed by hand.
