This durable construction is safe for both citrus-based foods and freezers, offering a variety of scrumptious recipes you can try.
These pans are designed specifically for cheesecakes but can also be used for upside-down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes, brownies, bar-type cookies and other desserts with thick batters. It has a straight-sided design and a removable bottom for simple cleaning.
The baking pan is temperature rated up to 550°F. Recommended to be washed by hand and is ideal for home or professional kitchens.
