With Fat Daddio's Fluted Round Tart Pan, make a variety of tarts, quiches, pies and other sweet/savory treats. It's made with 18-gauge anodized aluminum that will never rust, peel or flake and is temperature rated up to 550°F. The aluminum reflects heat rather than absorbs it, this allows for even heating and lets the pan reach baking temperatures faster and cool quicker.

The fluted edge creates the wavy edge. This tart mold has a removable bottom to clean more efficiently. Fluted pan is citrus-safe to cook with both citrus and tomato-based ingredients and is freezer safe to create delicious frozen treats.

Recommended to be washed by hand. Ideal for domestic and commercial kitchens.
