Fat Daddio's Standard 12 Cup Muffin and Cupcake Pan is made with 18-gauge anodized aluminum that will not rust, peel or flake. Its temperature rated up to 550°F, offers even heating and because of its anodized aluminum material, the muffin pan heats fast and cools quicker by reflecting heat rather than absorbing it.

In this pan, create dazzling cupcakes. If you're feeling up for it, add some citrus into the cupcakes or muffins- this pan is safe for citrus based foods. Want to freeze the cupcakes or muffins for later? Put them in the freezer while they're still in the pan, the pan is freezer safe.

Ideal for home or professional kitchens. Recommended to hand wash only. Use standard cupcake liners.
