Fat Daddio's 1.5" Deep Pie Pans will help create irresistible pies while offering a durable base. The pans are 50% deeper than traditional pie pans and has a 1/2" flat rim for easy handling. It's built for home kitchens or commercial establishments.

The 18-gauge anodized aluminum will never rust, peel or flake. It heats fast and cools quicker. This is because the aluminum reflects heat rather than absorbs it. It's freezer safe and citrus safe to make a wider variety of desserts.

Pie pan is temperature-rated up to 550°F and is recommended to be washed by hand. Ideal for making sweet pies as well as savory pot pies.
