With the Fat Daddio's 3" Deep Round Springform Pan, bake a variety of desserts in this durable cake pan. The 18-gauge anodized aluminum will never rust, peel or flake and offers simple clean up.

Baking pan is temperature rated up to 550°F. It's freezer safe so you can make frozen desserts, such as ice cream cake, and the rolled rim provides easy handling. The pan is safe for citrus-based foods so there are even more options of delicious desserts that can be made.

The round pan evenly heats the cake to ensure there are no hot spots. Pan reflects heat rather than absorbs it to reach baking temperature faster and cools quicker. Ideal for delicate desserts, thick cake batters, upside-down cake, pizzas and quiches. Hand wash only.
