Create mouthwatering desserts with a reliable pan. The Fat Daddio's 8" x 12" Sheet Cake Pan is made of anodized aluminum to heat faster and cool quicker. This baking pan provides even heating, so there are no hot spots! The aluminum cake pan will never peel, rust or flake for a reliable structure.

It's temperature safe up to 550°F and offers an easy release. The commercial cake pan has seamless corners while the 1/2" rim provides simple handling. Plus, for versatility, the sheet cake pan is freezer safe to make ice cream cake and other frozen treats. Recommended to wash by hand.
