An all-purpose fryer that can withstand commercial use. The Frymaster 40 lb GF14 Standard Gas Floor Fryer is made with a stainless steel frypot, front, door and backsplash/flue cover while the sides are made of aluminum. This strong construction ensures that the fryer is reliable and durable.
The commercial gas floor fryer has a large cold zone ad forward sloping bottom to maintain oil quality and make cleaning easier. It has an open pot design that is simple to clean while the millivolt temperature controls let the fryer operate without any electricity.
It features 6" steel legs with a 1" adjustment and casters. The industrial gas deep fryer has a durable temperature probe to measure the fryer's temperature and a master jet burner for efficient heat transfer.
