The steamer can hold three pans and only uses 4.4 Gal of water per hour thanks to the SteamSaver feature. Because of its boilerless and pressureless design, the steamer is ideal for vegetables, seafood and rice.

The commercial convection steamer is equipped with a patented KleanShield cooking compartment design that collects and removes condensate waste from the cooking compartment, keeping the compartment safe, clean and simple to maintain. 

Made with a durable 14 gauge stainless steel door and latch - it can withstand rigorous use, abuse and heavy wear. When the door is opened, the steam and shutoff The adjustable feet are skid resistant to keep the unit level. 

Commercial steamer features automatic level controls. It includes Low Water and High Water probes inside the cooking compartment to maintain water levels during cooking, eliminating the need to manually refill water. Plus, the SureCook timer automatically adjusts the cooking time based on the volume of food being cooked.
