Slice meat with the Global 8.25" Classic Carving Knife. The carving knife is made of the finest stainless steel, called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), which is specifically designed for Global. The blade resists stains and corrosion for a long-lasting structure.

Made with a hollow handle that is filled with sand, the commercial carving knife provides excellent stability for optimal control. It's textured to offer a comfortable and secure grip. Recommended to wash by hand.
