PRODUCT INFORMATION

Chop, slice and mince with the Global 7" Classic Santoku Knife. It has a straighter edge than a chef knife and a blunted sheepsfoot tip to easily slice thin-boned and boneless meat, fish and vegetables. It has a textured handle that prevents slipping and provides a comfortable grip. Plus, the hollow handle is filled with sand to achieve a perfectly balanced knife for optimal control.

The blade is made of the finest stainless steel called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), which is designed specifically for Global. The blade is ice-tempered and hardened to offer a razor sharp edge.
