Made with perfect balance for optimal control, the Global 10" Yanagi Sashimi Knife is an excellent choice for any kitchen. The ice hardened blade is made with the finest stainless steel (called CROMOVA 18 - Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), which is designed exclusively for Global. The knife is for right-handed chefs - the left side of the blade is completely flat. Plus, it's resistant to rust, stains and corrosion.

The hollow handle is filled with sand to achieve the desired weight and deliver the perfect balance. The handle is textured to offer a secure and comfortable grip.
