The Globe Chefmate C12 Economy Light Duty Manual Meat Slicer is ideal for foodservice operations that only need limited slicing requirements. Slicing times: 1 hour of meat and 15 minutes of cheese per 24 hrs.

Features a positive traction grooved belt drive and a motor overload protection with manual reset for improved safety. It has an easy to access top-mounted sharpener and includes a removable food chute, slice deflector and knife cover that are simple to clean.

Made with an anodized aluminum construction, seamless edges and radius corners, this meat slicer is durable and attractive.
