The Globe Chefmate GC512 Medium Duty Manual Meat Slicer is the perfect addition to your sub shop, deli or pizzeria with its 12" diameter knife and gravity feed chute. It slices meat into 7/8" thick slices and has a gear-driven knife that provides high torque for slicing tough products like cheese.

All food contact areas and removable receiving tray are stainless steel, which improves sanitation and eases cleaning. The knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning.

Features a power indicator light and a 6' cord and plug so you can place this meat slicer in a variety of locations. The meat slicer includes a moisture-proof, sanitation sealed ON/OFF switch and non-slip rubber feet to prevent the slicer from moving around.
