Measure ingredients accurately and perform better portion control using the Globe 10 lb Digital Portion Scale. This scale weighs in 5 modes: pounds-ounces, pounds, ounces, grams or kilograms. It's displayed on the LCD 1" character display.
The portion scale is powered by an AC power cord or batteries (sold separately). It has a low battery indicator on the display and an automatic shut off to preserve power. The push-button tare ensures accurate measuring by zeroing out the weight on the scale (such as the measuring bowl, plate or container) so the scale will only measure the ingredients.
This compact design is versatile and offers easy storage. It includes a removable 9" x 7" stainless steel platter with a recessed edge.
