The Globe 20 qt Bench Mixer is a commercial mixer that is designed to thrive in professional kitchens with its fast-paced mixing, powerful custom built motor and impeccable safety features.

Safety features include an interlocked bowl lift, thermal overload protection and non-slip rubber feet. It has a front-mounted touch pad to control the mixer with a 60-minute digital timer and last batch recall. Last batch recall allows you to use the mixer's previous mixing setting, which will increase productivity by allowing quick and consistent mixing.

This mixer has a durable construction with heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts, permanently lubricated transmission, a rigid cast iron body and a stainless steel bowl. The 20 qt stainless steel bowl has a built-in ingredient chute that is easy to attach remove for simple cleaning.

Bench mixer includes a 20-qt stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum spiral dough hook and non-skid rubber feet.
