Perfect for large capacities, the Hamilton Beach 10 Tray Commercial Food Dehydrator helps create veggie chips, jerky, dried fruit and more. It features 10 stainless steel trays, a 16 square foot drying area and a slide-back door for simple access.

This high-performance heater provides 1200 watts of power. It has precise temperature/time settings and an auto-shutoff that can be programmed up to 15 hours of drying time.

The horizontal airflow fan system provides even drying over all 10 trays. This commercial dehydrator is designed with a removable tray holder, fan screen and a seamless bottom to easily clean this machine.
