PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Hobart 10" Centerline Edge Series Meat Slicer is made with a one-speed 1/3 HP knife drive motor that can slice cheese and meat. The poly-v belt drive system extends the belt life while producing optimal slicing results.

Made with an anodized aluminum base, the sanitary base helps protect against bacteria growth. This commercial slicer has a removable ceramic stone to sharpen and hone the blade quickly. It also eases cleaning.

The 10" chrome-plated carbon steel knife can handle food up to 8" wide by 6" high (or 7" diameter). It can slice ingredients with a thickness of 9/16" (14 mm). The slicer is simple to use: it has an easy-to-use START/STOP button.

Designed for 2 hours or less of use daily.
