Made with an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Hoshizaki 48" Double Door Refrigerated Mega Top Prep Table improves kitchen efficiency. It has a front-breathing air flow design for a great performance while the innovative air distribution system distributes air evenly to maintain product temperature. The stainless steel exterior front, sides and top and stainless steel interior sides, back and floor for a durable construction.
The field reversible doors are versatile and are spring-assisted with a self-closing design and stay-open feature. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane. It includes a magnetic door gasket is easily removable for efficient cleaning while the exclusive "stepped" door design protects the door gasket.
Made with an e-coated evaporator coil to protect the unit for better longevity. The commercial refrigerated prep table includes an epoxy-coated shelf per section. It includes four 6" casters (two with brakes) to move the prep table easily for efficient cleaning while the brakes keep it in place. Comes standard with a 48" x 10" x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board for an efficient prep station.
