PRODUCT INFORMATION

Serve delicious fried food with ease. The Imperial 40 lb Single Phase Electric Fryer has an almost fully stainless steel exterior for longevity and is held up through the heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet to keep the structure stable. They feature stainless steel frypots that are robotically welded to prevent leaks and include a fine mesh wire crumb. The fry basket handles are vinyl-coated and provide heat protection for a comfortable and more safe grip.

This fryer features electric elements located inside the stainless steel frypot below the fry zone. It has an immersed element that is more economical and the snap-acting electronic thermostat has a temperature range of 200ºF to 400ºF to extend oil life. The direct heat-to-element contact heats the oil quickly, creating better tasting food by allowing less time for the oil to absorb the food.

The large cool zone captures and holds particles out of the fry zone, reducing taste transfer.
