Continuously serve delicious fried food with the Imperial 40 lb Gas Tube Fired Fryer. The tube fired burners are made of heavy gauge metal with a built-in deflector system. It heats oil quickly for better tasting food and features high-efficiency cast iron burners that have a large heat transfer area. The millivolt temperature control circuit ensures there is no electricity needed for the fryer to work.

The fryer has a snap acting thermostat with a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F and has a fast recovery to reach the desired temperature. The large cool zone captures and holds particles below the tubes and away from the fry zone for better tasting food. Even better, the fryer has increased safety with a 100% safety shut-off.

With almost a fully stainless steel structure, this fryer is designed to be durable. It's made with welded and polished stainless steel seams, a full heat shield that protects the control panel and a full bottom chassis that offers structural support. The frypot tubes and sides are welded to help eliminate leaks while the nickle-plated fry baskets include a vinyl-coated heat-protected handle that is comfortable for the operator to hold.
