The Joyce Chen 14" Classic Series Flat Bottom Wok is made of 1.5mm gauge carbon steel for a stronger yet lighter wok. It can withstand high-temperature cooking and can perform a variety of cooking tasks for excellent versatility.

The solid birch handle and helper handle are comfortable to hold and are riveted to the base for superb durability. It comes unseasoned and is recommended to hand wash and dry after use.
