PRODUCT INFORMATION

Made of 1.8mm gauge carbon steel, the Joyce Chen 14" Classic Series Round Bottom Wok is built with a strong yet lightweight construction. It has a solid birch handle and helper handle that's comfortable to hold and is riveted for improved strength.

The round bottom is designed to be used with a wok ring or Asian-style stovetops. Comes with an uncoated surface, the wok develops a unique seasoning over time with use (similar to a cast iron skillet) to create delicious flavours. Recommended to wash by hand and dry after use to improve longevity.
