The Mercer 8" Genesis Bread Knife with a Wavy Edge cuts bread with ease to create smooth slices. It's made with a precision forged construction for better strength while the German cutlery steel blade resists stains, rust, corrosion and discolouration.

This knife has a taper ground edge that increases stability, provides easy honing and long-lasting sharpness. The tang provides excellent balance while the Santoprene handle gives a non-slip grip (even with wet hands).

The knife's teeth effortlessly penetrate tough outer crust while protecting the soft interior of the bread. It features a bolster that strengthens the knife and adds durability.
