The Mercer 10" Genesis Carving Knife is the ideal addition to your knife collection. Made with a precision forged construction, this German cutlery steel blade resists rust, corrosion and discolouration. It has a Granton edge for easier slicing that prevents ingredients from sticking to the blade (even wet ingredients).

Knife features a tapered edge for added stability, easy honing, long-lasting sharpness and better cutting capabilities. The tang provides fantastic balance while the Santoprene handle offers superior comfort and a non-slip grip, even with wet hands.
