The Mercer 8" Short Bolster Genesis Chef Knife is made with strength and comfort. It has a German cutlery steel blade that resists rust, corrosion and discolouration while the precision forged construction offers better strength and durability.

It's designed with a shorter bolster that exposes the full blade edge, offering easier sharpening. The Granton edge provides simple slicing and does not let ingredients stick to the blade.

Tang gives the knife excellent balance while the taper ground edge offers improved stability, easy honing, long-lasting sharpness and increased cutting efficiency.

Santoprene handle provides superior comfort and a non-slip grip (even with wet hands). It's a strong and functional knife that is the perfect addition to your knife collection.
