This Mercer knife set has 3 superb knives that are well-made, have excellent sharpness and will help enhance knife safety. The Mercer 3" Millenia 3 Piece Slim Paring Knife Set is constructed with one piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel that provides simple edge maintenance and a razor sharp edge.

Its ergonomic handle is made with a combination of Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. The protective finger guard improves knife safety while the textured finger points offer fantastic slip resistance for more comfort while using the knife. Paring knife has a cutting angle of 15°.

Knife set includes three 3" Paring Knives.
