Mercer's 16" Millennia Cake Slicing Knife will give you that perfect slice of cake to celebrate a birthday, wedding or even just a Wednesday night! Whatever the occasion, if it has cake, then this knife can cut it effortlessly.

Blade is made with a single piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel that is easy to maintain and has a razor sharp edge. It has a textured finger point to offer slip resistance, a better grip and along with the protective finger guard, improved safety.

This knife has an ergonomic handle that is made with a combination of Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. Recommended to be washed by hand.
