Mercer's 10" Millennia Curved Bread Knife is constructed from one piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel that has a 15° angle, a razor-sharp edge and is simple to maintain. The wavy edge features teeth along the blade to effortlessly cut loaves of bread.

Features a textured finger point for slip resistance, a better grip and enhanced safety. Even better, the protective finger guard keeps the chef's hand safer. Handle is designed from a combination of Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability.
