This durable blade is fastened to a sturdy handle that is made from a combination of Santoprene and polypropylene for both comfort and durability. It has textured finger points to provide slip resistance and safety. For extra protection, the finger guard offers extra safety for the chef.

The paring knife is recommended to be washed by hand and is ideal for professional and passionate chefs.
