With the Mercer Millennia 12" Slicing Knife, cut through foods effortlessly using the one piece high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel blade that is razor sharp and simple to maintain. This roast knife has a textured finger point which offers slip resistance, a better grip and along with the protective finger guard, enhanced safety.

The handle is made from Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. Recommended to be washed by hand.
